Policies at Angel Lash
At Angel Lash, we have a few policies that we ask all of our clients to follow. Read about them below!
Policies:
Non-Refundable Deposit
All first-time clients will be contacted for a $25 non-refundable deposit. The $25 will be put towards the payment of your service. We collect the deposit to avoid No-Calls/No-Shows and last minute cancellations. You will be able to reschedule your appointment should the original date & time not accommodate your schedule anymore. But if you No-Call/No-Show or cancel, you will NOT get your deposit back. Failure to send a deposit will result in your appointment being cancelled.
No-call/No-show Policy
If you No-Call/No-Show, your appointment will be cancelled and the system will block you from booking with us again. Should you wish to book at Angel Lash again, you will need to pay 50% of the cost for the service you no-showed. Please do your best to respect the time of your lash tech and their clients. Someone else could have taken your time slot.
Late Policy
If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, there will be a $20 late fee incurred on top of your appointment charge. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be considered as a No-Call/No-Show*. We cannot accommodate late appointments due to the fact that other clients are booked in after you.
*See No-Call/No-Show Policy
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
You are able to make changes to your appointment through the booking site up until 48 hours before your appointment time. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice if something changes. Cancellations in the last 24 hours will be considered a No-Call/No-Show*.

“Foreign” Fills Policy
“Foreign” fills are when you have a lash set on from another artist and wish to have your lashes filled at Angel Lash. Other artists use different products and styles, working on top of another artist’s work can be difficult. In some cases, you may need a complete removal and full set depending on the quality of work from the “foreign” set. This is why we upcharge.
